The Pet Hotel - Boarding Contract
1. Fees
All fees are charged by the day, to include the day of arrival and the day of departure. Fees quoted do not include VAT. VAT at the rate prevailing at the time of payment will be added to the fees quoted. Fees are payable either in advance or on departure, as agreed at the time of booking.
2. Extra Services
These will be priced separately and added to the final account.
3. Deposits
A deposit of £5 must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are not refundable.
4. Payments
The payment for boarding fees and other services may be made by cash, cheque supported by a Bankers Card, VISA, Mastercard or Switch.
5. Vaccinations
All pets accepted for boarding must be accompanied by a current Vaccination Certificate.
6. Veterinary fees
Veterinary fees incurred during the boarding period are the responsibility of the client and must be paid at the time of settling the boarding fees. Most fees, up to a published limit, can be covered by taking advantage of our pet health insurance scheme. (A copy of the insurance document is available for inspection.)
7. Belongings
All belongings left on the premises are left entirely at the clients risk. Any bedding and sleeping beds must be in a clean and parasite free condition. Any belongings becoming soiled during the boarding period will be destroyed.
8. Pet carriers
All carriers must be clearly marked with the clients name and address.
9. Every care will be given to the welfare and safety of all pets boarded. Pets are boarded entirely at the client's risk.
10. If I fail to collect any pet/pets within fourteen days of the due date of departure I give the owner of the above business the authority to rehome or dispose of my pets without further reference to me, provided that I have not made arrangements in writing for the boarding period to be extended.
I undertake to abide by these terms and conditions on every occasion my pet/pets is/are boarded on these premises. I consent that whenever necessary I agree to my pet/pets being examined and treated by a veterinary surgeon.
